the Good News…

REVOLUTIONARY ANTIOXIDANT SCANNING AVAILABLE NOW!

@ The Sanctuary of Light, London

The Antioxidant Scanner is:

  1. The non-invasive live tissue measurement of antioxidant status available in South London
  2. More accurate than expensive blood serum / urine tests.

The antioxidant score it gives demonstrates one’s risk to heart disease, cancer, diabetes and metabolic diseases.
(See antioxidant measurement chart to the right)
The National Cancer Institute recommends we eat 9-13 servings a day but this can be difficult to achieve.
As a result the Journal of the American Medical Association now recommends that everyone take nutritional supplements daily. The question is which one and how do you know they are working?
The Simple Answer:

1. Book a consultation/anti-oxidant screening to find out your current levels.

2. Introductory Scan Offer and assessment with dietary recommendations and nutritional advice is £100.

3. After your initial assessment, it is suggested you follow up 6 weeks later with a consultation at £50 which includes a free scan. This will measure the increase in your antioxidant levels. If your score has not improved, you are guaranteed 100% money refund for the products taken.

The Science Bit…
Our body’s health depends on our cells’ health. To slow down ageing, limit illness and prevent disease we must protect and feed our cells properly. Cells are made up of atoms. Healthy atoms have “paired” electrons. When healthy cells replicate they make an exact copy. FREE RADICALS are atoms missing an electron; they steal electrons from surrounding atoms and alter or destroy cells. Cells that die and cells that replicate in a damaged state contribute or are the cause to premature ageing, sickness and diseases such as cancer, heart disease, osteoporosis and may other serious illnesses. Antioxidants are the bodies 1st line of defence, they neutralise free radicals by giving them an extra electron. This significantly reduces the risk of sickness, disease and slows the ageing process.

Part 2

The Surprising Bit
Free radicals and exercise:

Are we doing more harm than good by working out?

We all know that we exercise to:

• Look and feel good

• Make ourselves healthier, fitter and younger looking.
For these reasons many of us sweat and push ourselves to the brink of exhaustion daily. But what if the same workouts are doing damage to our cells and turning us into old men and women quicker and faster than couch potatoes.

According to research this might be the case because when we exercise our bodies produce free radicals in response to the oxidative stress of exercise. These free radicals attack our cells and damage the mitochondria in them. Over the this damage accumulates and causes disruptions in the functioning of the cells. Many of the signs of ageing are attributed to this process.

What do the different levels mean?

A – 50,000 to 100,000+: OPTIMAL
Everyone is advised to strive for this level or higher. A program of health eating and supplementation can allow one to reach this level of optimal protection prevention.
B – 40,000 to 49,000: GOOD
Healthy diets start here, but may not be enough for long-term disease prevention. Nutritional supplementation will allow most people to attain this level or higher.
C – 30,000 to 39,000: MODERATE
People in this category are typically eating 3 to 5 servings of fruits and/or vegetables per day, and may or may not be supplementing. This level is not sufficient for long term protection.
D – 20,000 to 29,000: WEAK
People in this category are typically eating a couple of daily servings of fruits or vegetables or taking some supplemental antioxidants. The nutritional supplements may or may not be working at this level.
F – 10,000 to 19,000: POOR
About half the population scores in this range. These are people who do not eat many fruits or vegetables, and/or their nutritional supplementation is not as effective as it should be.

“The amount of antioxidants that you maintain in your body is directly proportional to how long you will live.”
